PARTNER WITH US TO

BUILD CAPACITY.
GROW IMPACT.

We partner with district, foundation, and community leaders to build clarity, capacity, and confidence—strengthening education foundations and increasing equitable access to opportunity for students.

Trusted Partners for District, Foundation and Community Leaders

The Callahan Collaborative partners with education foundations and nonprofit leaders who are committed to strengthening their organizations and expanding their impact. We work alongside superintendents, board members, and community leaders to bring clarity to complex challenges and turn vision into practical, sustainable action.

Our approach is grounded in collaboration, trust, and deep experience in education and nonprofit systems. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we listen carefully, ask the right questions, and design strategies that reflect each organization’s unique mission, community, and stage of growth.

What sets us apart:

We Understand Education Foundations

Our work is grounded in more than 30 years of education foundation leadership and national service, shaping best practices in the field. Our founder and president, Robin Callahan, spent 16 years leading the Issaquah Schools Foundation before serving as executive director of NSFA, now the National Association of Education Foundations (NAEF). She co-chaired the national task force that created the Guiding Principles for Education Foundations, co-authored the book Roadmap for Education Foundations, and teaches in NAEF’s Certified Education Foundation Leader Program.
